Greg is both Founder and CEO of Revive Group, having successfully delivered business turnaround initiatives in a diverse range of organisations across Europe and the Middle East, utilising his extensive and varied professional background. Greg has substantial experience of managing large manufacturing operations and large customer service-focused operations. He is well versed in all aspects of engineering, quality, maintenance, security, control systems, personnel development and strategy.
Greg started his career as a mechanical and electrical apprentice, specialising in manufacturing. Progressing within Ford, Greg performed senior roles in finance, supply chain, project management, engineering and manufacturing, working with multi-site operations across the UK and Europe.
As Operations Director of Heathrow Airport BAA, Greg led the engineering and management teams of over 4,000 staff; managing 200,000 passengers per day. In 2008 became Laing O’Rourke’s Global MD of Manufacturing responsible for leading a global multi-manufacturing portfolio. He founded Revive Group in 2009, applying his comprehensive range of experience with a dedication to operational excellence to organisations recognise their lean potential.
Carrie is a confident, hardworking and dedicated CIMA-qualified professional. She combines a well-organized and diligent approach with excellent interpersonal skills. Carrie has helped and supported organization change programmes delivering significant return on investments, in a range of industries and sectors, demonstrating the drive and motivation to meet demanding deadlines while maintain the highest of standards.
Carrie has successfully led a number of projects to improve processes and generate savings and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Prior to joining Revive, Carrie was Head of Finance for a major UAE based outsourced services provider, offering commercial support for many projects and services. Despite being a qualified accountant, Carrie has held a variety of operational roles at a senior level throughout her career in various sectors. Carrie has a wide range of experience in small local business and large multi-million pound organizations and that makes her perfectly placed to offer turnaround support to businesses.
Alan has 30 years Police experience and over 8 years commercial exposure as a Senior Security Consultant operating in the UK, Middle East and Africa. He has a wide knowledge base in policing, particularly in Special Branch Ports, Counter Terrorism and Tactical Firearms. He is highly experienced in Security Risk Assessment, technical and physical security system design and development and is experienced in the installation, management and operational use of such systems.
Alan’s experience covers the full project lifecycle from agreeing client and user requirements, aiding the development of designs and specifications, to the tender evaluation process, installation supervision, testing, commissioning and ultimately the maintenance of systems. He is a qualified Ports Facility Security Officer under the ISPS Code, a Member of the Security Institute and has been security vetted to the highest levels. He is skilled at building sound and lasting customer relationships and delivering business requirements in pressurised environments.
Tim is a Security Design Consultant with almost 25 years’ experience. Since 1997 he was been the lead Technical Advisor to the UK Police Service and Home Office on the development and implementation of integrated security solutions to protect the UK’s critical assets. He was instrumental in the design and implementation of the National ANPR Data infrastructure which can register and analyse up to 50 million vehicle sightings daily.
He has a wealth of experience in the design and implementation of integrated security solutions within the law enforcement and transportation sectors including the City of London “Ring of Steel”, Government Security Zone, National ANPR Data Centre and strategic ports and airports throughout the UK. More recently Tim has developed and implemented similar systems throughout the Middle East and Africa. Tim supervised the team assisting the MPS Olympic Security Directorate to implement security surveillance systems at all 2012 Olympic Games venues.
Most recently Tim has been advising the team delivering the designs for the Dubai Expo 2020 Public Realm Integrated Security solutions. He is also the Senior Advisor to the City of London Police , with both the responsibility for establishing the force’s new Control Room suite and the major Secure City Programme, which will re-establish London as the beacon of urban security and safety world-wide.
An International Security Advisor on Policing, Port and Border Security, Critical National Infrastructure Protection, National Security and Counter Terrorism. John is a highly motivated, experienced and effective leader who has for a number of years been engaged as the National Co-ordinator within the Association of Chief Police Officers (Terrorism & Allied Matters) to provide strategic direction on all policing activity within the Protect and Prepare agenda in support of the UK Counter Terrorism Strategy (CONTEST). John is an internationally recognised intelligence and protective security expert with a proven track record in influencing and leading organisational change at a national level, designing and implementing effective security, resilience and counter terrorism initiatives and major crime investigations.
During his time with the Association of Chief Police Officers John was responsible for developing and delivering on numerous high profile and complex programme change initiatives including Safe Cities, eBorders, Border Management Programmes, National Analysis Centre and National Border Targeting Centre. Most notably during this time John was the Strategic Counter Terrorism lead for all aspects of Protect & Prepare activity for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games and national lead for all aspects of policing relating to Protective security, improving resilience and Aviation & Border Policing activity within the United Kingdom.
Since leaving the Association of Chief Police Officers John has provided policing and security professionalism, advice and training on behalf of a range of organisations and Governments across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
